This 3-1/2 inch diameter hot plate is capable of reaching the top temperature of 371°C in less than seven minutes. The cast aluminum top plate distributes heat energy evenly over the entire surface. A stepless thermostatic control allows selection of any working temperature from 6°C above ambient to 371°C. Surface temperatures are held within 2°C of the setting.
