Typical applications include aging, life and exposure studies, precise moisture determinations, UL wire testing, thermal setting and sterilizing. The 3 term PID (proportional, integral, derivative) microprocessor is programmable for setpoint PID parameters, limit safety cutoff alarms, and temperature deviation enunciators. Temperature uniformity remains extremely narrow even at high rates of air exchange to exhaust volatile or corrosive vapors (performance conforms to ASTM E145 IIA). Turbo blower mechanical convection with adjustable air intake and exhaust provides horizontal air circulation, key to uniformity and exceptional heat recovery. Oven chamber and diffuser panel are stainless steel. Solid floor prevents spills from leaking through. Door is stainless steel inside and out and is equipped with latches for tight gasket compression. Unit has an attractive brushed exterior finish with a matching brushed stainless steel control panel mount. Cabinet is cold rolled steel, with a chemical resistant, durable urethane finish. Units are furnished with built in 12 hour mechanical timer and two nickel plated non tip shelves. Temperature range is ambient plus 15° to 325°C, with a sensitivity of ± 0.1°C, and uniformity of ±0.5°C, at 100°C.
