Economy Mechanical Convection Ovens reach a maximum temperature of 210°C. These ovens feature double wall construction, a corrosion resistant stainless steel interior, 1" of silica based insulation, and enameled steel exterior. Oven temperature is controlled by a hydraulic thermostat with a LED to display actual oven temperature. A preset hi- limit safety thermostat is standard.
