NAPCO design provides excellent vacuum and temperature performance for long-term laboratory and production needs. Stainless steel chamber withstands corrosive vapors, aromatic hydrocarbons, and is ideal for production of semi-conductors or storage of vacuum tubes/electronic parts where contamination cannot be tolerated. Exterior is steel finished with epoxy-polyester hybrid coating that is highly scratch resistant and wipes clean easily. Walls are insulated with 2" fiberglass, 1/2" thick tempered glass observation window is 8" square, gasketed for vacuum sealing. Standard window and door gaskets are heat-resistant silicone. Equipped with easy-reading vacuum gauge, adjustable thermostat with calibrated dial, two metering valves for fine adjustment of vacuum and bleeding. Vacuum range is atmosphere to 30" Hg within 10 microns using an adequate vacuum pump. Temperature range 35-200°C. UL listed and CSA certified. Operate on 120V, 50/60 Hz. Models 5851 and 5861 have a 1" IPS capped penetration port.
