The built-in stirrer provides vigorous sample agitation, preventing oxygen stratification, and can easily be disassembled for cleaning. Galvanic probe design means no polarization time is required after attaching your probe to the meter, and the low current design allows about six months between probe servicing. The probe stand, which attaches to the Orion 862, or is free standing, can be used to store your probe when not in use, and also functions as an air calibration beaker.
