J.T.Baker® solid phase extraction (SPE) columns make sample preparation as easy, fast and accurate as technology will allow. Achieve higher recoveries, interference free samples, greater reproducibility and speeds 6 to 9 times faster than liquid/liquid extraction techniques. Polypropylene disposable columns are prepacked with selective Reversed Phase, Polar and Ion Exchange Organosilanes bonded to 40 micron silica with uniform pore size distribution. Compounds can be extracted from sample solution volumes of a few hundred microliters to several hundred milliliters.
