Speed range is 1 to 100 RPM with a soft start/soft stop feature providing a gradual acceleration and deceleration of the stirrer rod to minimize cell trauma. Accommodates up to five 1000 mL vessels. 86359-02 permits interval stirring from 1 to 100 minutes "on" and 10 to 1000 minutes "off". The LCD readout of RPM is accurate to ± 1 RPM.
