Stirrer, Multiple - Water Analysis-Phipps & Bird PB-700
For alum floc formation determination. When several samples are stirred simultaneously under identical conditions, the optimum concentration of flocculant can be quickly selected and translated into plant quantities. The 1/30 HP motor drives the stirring rods at speeds from 1 to 300 RPM The entire battery or any single stirring paddle can be used at one time. Individual 1" wide by 3" long stainless steel paddles are adjustable for depth and can be removed from the beakers while the stirrer is in operation without disturbing the other paddles. Stirring speeds are controlled by an electronic speed control and displayed on a LCD screen. A fluorescent floc illuminator is built into the base. Complete with a choice of either six standard round 1-liter beakers, or six B-KERŪ square acrylic 2-liter jars. For 110V, 50/60 Hz., A.C. Models for 220 volt also available.
