For making accurate readings of meniscus levels in thermometers or burets. This device can be attached to tubes with diameters from 6 to 16mm. It consists of a single element magnifier and a telescopic mounting. A spring clip on the outer tube clamps the reader firmly, but permits it to slide. Magnification is about 4X.
