The KNIpHEŽ pH electrode was designed for use by meat quality professionals to eliminate the problems associated with glass electrodes. It features a stainless steel cutting blade surrounding a special combination pH electrode. The electrode was designed for accuracy in the meat matrix. A single junction ceramic reference prevents clogging. KNIpHEŽ includes: electrode, electrode handle, removable blade, filling solution and manual.
