These 1100°C box furnaces feature a choice of solid-state single setpoint or microprocessor-based programmable control instrumentation. Available in four popular chamber sizes to meet the most demanding laboratory applications, these furnaces include insulation and heating element composites to minimize outer surface temperatures while maintaining uniform heat distribution within the chamber. Energy efficient insulation with fully embedded heating element-quick heat-up and cool-down rates. Air inlet and vent for inert atmosphere exchange, safety switch interrupts power when door is open. Two control options. Digital/OTP: with microprocessor-based control, single setpoint, 1 ramp to setpoint, adjustable over-temperature protection, simultaneous display of actual temperature vs. setpoint. Digital 16 segment: microprocessor-based with 16 segments, 1 program, with 8 ramps (up and down) and 8 dwells and adjustable OTP.
