The new PowerSpin M24 spins 1000 to 3400 RPM, to insure a clean and complete separation of cellular components yielding superior serum or plasma specimens. Push button front panel makes it easy to select speed and run-time while wearing gloves. Features a digital display that shows status, time, speed (RPM), and RCF (g). The PowerSpin M24 display is easy to read, user friendly, and aids against human error. Each of the PowerSpin Series centrifuges runs extremely quietly. The rubber shock absorbing suction cup feet hold the unit in place and results in a quieter smoother operation. All PowerSpin models have a timer and on/off switch as well as other features that are normally only found on units costing much more. The M24 features a true Zero RPM Lid Latch, electronically controlled via RPM sensor. The lid can not be opened while the rotor is turning. Supplied with 24 place rotor for 2 to 10 mL tubes.
