Polypropylene housings with a choice of filter media and pore sizes. All have female locking Luer inlet and male slip Luer outlet for use with standard syringes. Measure 1-1/8" diameter 7/8" H (28 x 33 mm) and are autoclavable to 131°C (268°F). Will handle up to 100mL of sample. TF types have PTFE membrane for solvent based HPLC sample clarifications, solvent filtration, aggressive chemical based and sterile venting applications. (The 0.1µm size can also be used for ultraclean procedures). PP types have polypropylene membrane for solvent/aqueous applications with no extractables, including particulate removal and sterile filtration. AS types have polyethersulfone membrane for aqueous solutions, including: prefiltration; serial filtration; fluid clarification; ultracleaning of solutions; sterilization of tissue culture and microbial media, enzyme and antibody reagents, or proteinaceous solutions. GD types have gradient density glass microfiber filter for aqueous or solvent based samples.
