These1200°C box furnaces provide uniform heat distribution through individual heating elements on top, bottom and sides of chamber. An insulating vestibule and tight-fitting insulating door plug provide better temperature uniformity by minimizing heat loss around the furnace chamber opening. Door conveniently opens to horizontal position to serve as chamber loading surface. Spring loaded mechanism holds door securely shut. A sight glass allows convenient observation of the heated load when furnace is in operation. Includes Platinel II thermocouple. Supplied without controller; Order 36281-00.
