These consoles are designed for use with Lindberg 1700°C box, tube and crucible furnaces. They provide 16 programmable segments, consisting of 8 dwells (timed holds) console displays ramps (up and down) and 8 ramp rates, dwell time, program segment and percent output power. Holdback feature permits setting a process vs. setpoint deviation temperature value and when exceeded, holds program to allow process temperature to catch up. Incorporates self-tuning feature that automatically sets best PID settings for thermal process. Two digital displays simultaneously indicate actual furnace temperature and setpoint temperature. Control system provides for RS232 communications to remote computer.
